'Boyfriends of Instagram' is the social media account almost every man will relate to
They say that behind every successful man is a great woman.
But a more accurate saying would be that behind every Insta-perfect woman is a man with a camera phone.
One social media account called Boyfriends of Instagram pays homage to all men who’ve desperately tried to take a perfect shot for their girlfriend as she tries to strike the perfect pose.
From lone shots on the beach to oh-so-casual photos of them and friends in the city, the Facebook page gives credit to the man that’s often behind the lens snapping the photo.
The men on the page go to drastic lengths to get the perfect shot, from a variety of squatting positions to lying right in the dirt.
It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it.
And let’s not even get started on those ‘follow me’ photos.
They’re also a pleasant reminder that however care free and perfect people’s Instagram photos are, there’s often a whole production team behind them – whether that’s an actual production team or one willing volunteer.
