There are lots of things we’ve had to get used to while working from home: sharing our office space with other family members, only speaking to our colleagues via Zoom and getting dressed (or not) in the morning simply to sit at your kitchen table.
However, one of the more painful parts of working from home, is that after a day of sitting hunched over our laptops our muscles feel tense and stiff.
And achy body-parts aren’t helped by the extra stress and anxiety around at the moment either.
So, for today’s small buy of the day we wanted to find something that not only helped to relieve this build up of pressure but also provided us with a bit of pleasure at the same time.
This wooden massager can be used all over the body to help release muscle tension and aid relaxation.
You can use it alone, while you sit in front of your favourite TV show, or take it turns with your partner, or any other household member, to really get into those hard-to-reach areas down your spine.
Buy it: Total Body Massager | £10 from The Body Shop
Whereas a massage at a spa might set you back £100’s, this nifty little £10 gadget can soothe your muscles, and your mind, for the same price as a Pret lunch (including a flat white, obviously).
And given that none of us are visiting a Pret any time soon, this seems like a justified investment.
But we aren’t the only ones who are impressed with the massager, one shopper commented: “This massager is such lovely quality. Feels well-made and luxurious. Makes light work of massage.”
While another wrote: “The curved design works well and the smooth-rolling aids the massage very well. The handle is comfortable to hold. Overall perfect addition alongside the body oils to help relax those tense achy muscles!”
You’ll never go back to a spa again.
