It might only be the start of August but shops are already starting to fill their rails with autumn collections.

And the gorgeous new range from Gok Wan for Tu at Sainsbury’s is just the ticket, offering the new season’s trends for a fraction of the price.

Starting from just £10, Gok Wan’s latest collection for the supermarket’s clothing label is inspired by the Spanish torero and the ‘strength of the modern woman.’

The collection – available in sizes 8-22 - features his signature body-enhancing pieces and every item celebrates the female form – with the hourglass shape definitely taking centre stage for AW14.

Including pencil skirts and pretty peplums that nip in at the waist, figure-flattering dark skinny jeans and feminine midi skirts that fall just below the knee, it’s impossible not to look and feel amazing in his clothes.

Delicate fringing, beautiful embroidery, lace accents and frills take inspiration from the Spanish culture – while the Bolero Jacket is one of the stand-out pieces from the range.

Highlights include a knee-length lace pencil skirt, Breton stripe mid-length tee and a two-tone monochrome tee – all designed to showcase a woman’s physique.

The colour palette is distinctly monochrome but pieces can be mixed and matched to suit your style – while a pop of red lipstick or a bright clutch bag will instantly inject some vibrancy into the looks.

“This collection is inspired by the strength and versatility of the contemporary woman, reflecting the many different roles that they fulfill in their everyday lives,” said Gok of his new range.

“Clean lines and structure, coupled with romantic baroque prints and soft, luxurious fabrics take this collection to a whole new level of sophistication.”

Gok for Tu is available at over 200 stores nationwide and Collection 14 will be in stores from 26th August.
