Blackpink is taking Paris, one couture show at a time. One day after Dior ambassador Jisoo made headlines for her stylish appearance at the brand’s spring/summer 2025 haute couture show, her bandmate Jennie dressed to stand out on Chanel’s front row.

The longtime face of the French fashion house wore a sheer blue bra with a dramatic matching feathered cape to the couture show. She finished her look off with black trousers, long blue nails and an unexpected Y2K fashion relic in the form of a metal belly chain – albeit one decorated with Chanel logos, naturally.

All four members of Blackpink are ambassadors of French fashion houses. Rosé is a face of Saint Laurent, while Lisa is an ambassador for Louis Vuitton.

The group is currently promoting solo albums, but the girls are due to come back together later this year. Lisa spoke to US ELLE for the September issue about how much she is looking forward to it. 'Of course we’re continuing [as a group], for sure,' Lisa said. 'We’re so proud of Blackpink, and I love Blackpink. It is not just because of our fans, it’s for ourselves.' She added in Korean, 'There was no doubt. This is our life.'

Jennie addressed this current moment in her career in an interview for Harper’s Bazaar’s October issue. 'Blackpink Jennie will always be a part of me, but you will also get to experience this new side,' she said of her upcoming solo album.

She also touched on her relationship with Chanel, saying she is honoured to have begun working with the brand while its former creative director Karl Lagerfeld was still alive. 'Just the fact that I got to talk to him, to have him see me wearing what he made—all of that was enough,' she said. 'I am still very honoured.'
