Nandamuri Taraka Ramo Rao Jr, crowned as the Young Tiger by his humongous group of admirers, celebrates his birthday on 20th May. They say he is a born actor and has acting in his genes. Many say that he learnt things in this profession the hard way. But for his admirers, all that doesn’t matter. A career spread over almost a decade, NTR first appeared in Ramayanam in 1996 which was directed by Guna Sekhar. A young Tarak donned the role of Rama and was prized with huge appreciations from all corners. Five years later, NTR made his debut as a lead actor in 2001 with Ninnu Choodalani which was directed by V.R.Prathap. It was not a great start to his career as a lead role and the makers had expected a greater response to the film.

Few months later, the Young Tiger came back roaring with Student No.1 which was directed by Baahubali director SS Rajamouli. It was the debut film for Rajamouli. Student No.1 became a cracking hit and NTR stormed to the top position in Telugu cinema.

There was no looking back for Mr. N.T.Rama Rao Jr since then. The actor has played varied range of characters in his career so far which has been skywards after every film.
