Billie Eilish just wore the *ultimate* princess dress to the Met Gala

The 2021 Met Gala red carpet is underway, delivering a tonne of EPIC celebrity fashion in the process. But we really need to take a second to talk about Billie Eilish's dress. At last night's VMAs, the singer debuted a new look in the form of a black floral number - a notable departure from her go-to red carpet 'fit of printed, slouchy co-ords. Now, Billie's just gone and dialed things up another thousand notches or so with a whopping princess dress and I am lost for words.

Designed by Oscar De La Renta, Eilish's dress choice is a stylish nod to year's Met Gala theme - In America: A Lexicon of Fashion. Now, if you haven't already seen it, you might want to take a seat because it's truly phenom. Consider yourself warned...

From the voluminous train to the glam makeup - Billie is essentially serving major Marilyn Monroe vibes. In fact, her dress is reportedly inspired by Monroe's 1951 Oscars dress, according to Vogue.
