Are you constantly struggling to get stubborn creases out of your silk shirts or cotton bed sheets? If so, it may be worth looking out for a steam iron in the Black Friday sales.

Black Friday 2024 runs from 29 November through to Cyber Monday on 2 December this year.

While we’re still a few weeks away from the main event, some brands have already started their sales or begun offering early access discounts across products including TVs, vacuums, sofas and some of our top steam irons.

We’re expecting to see online retailers and department stores, including Amazon, Lakeland and John Lewis, offer huge deals on top-name brands including Tefal, Philips, Ninja and Russell Hobbs.

But with so many offers around, it's easy to miss the genuinely good ones. So, we’ve started rounding up the very best offers and will be keeping this page updated as we get closer to the big day and more deals start to drop. Check out our picks of the best early Black Friday deals below.

Steam iron deals

A traditional steam iron comes with a built-in water tank and uses steam to relax the fabric and get rid of creases. The higher the steam output, the more powerful its de-creasing abilities will be.

Prices can start from as little as £10, and we've found plenty of top-performers for under £50.

Steam generator deals

Steam generator irons have separate water tanks, so can release more steam at a higher pressure. They're bigger and bulkier but remove deep creases effectively and iron both sides of the garment at the same time, so you can speed through your laundry pile.

They tend to be more expensive, with the best models ranging between £100 to £300, so it’s worth taking advantage of discounts during sales events like Black Friday.

Clothes steamer deals

Clothes steamers are ideal for quickly refreshing your garments without the need for an ironing board. They’re suitable for delicate fabrics and can help you give curtains a once-over or get wrinkles out of sheets too.

There are two main types of garment steamer: handheld and upright. Opt for a handheld model if your priorities include small touch-ups and travel, but if you're looking for a machine that can tackle the bigger jobs, an upright model with a big tank capacity is best.

There aren’t currently any deals on upright clothes steamers, but we’ll be updating this piece as and when we find them!
