The best reactions to the finale of Canada's Drag Race
The entertainment world has had it's fair share of struggles as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, with numerous shows and films delayed as a result of the ongoing crisis. But one glimmering beacon of hope for the entertainment schedule this season is that BBC Three has been airing Canada's Drag Race since July, with the finale landing on the streamer today.
The series follows the standard Drag Race set-up, except Ru's part in the show is much more minimal and instead of being on the judging panel, he appears each week to deliver challenges to the contestants via RuMail. Instead, the judging panel is led by former Drag Race contestant Brooke Lynn Hytes, model and TV personality Stacey McKenzie and model and LGBTQ+ activist Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman.

The series has been a huge hit with viewers who fell in love with Brooke Lynn Hytes during her appearance on the 11th season of RuPaul's Drag Race, and love her even more as a judge on the Canadian iteration of the show.
Today, the final episode of the series landed on BBC iPlayer and it saw Priyanka crowned the very first Canada's Drag Race winner, beating out fellow contestants Scarlett Bobo and Rita Baga in the final lipsync.
Very deserved winner Priyanka told viewers "I’m living proof that hard work pays off, and that even when you make mistakes, you can still be a winner. To the kids who are watching, I know you used to watch me somewhere else, but now I’m home. I’m Canada’s first-ever Drag Superstar! I’m rich!"

After her glorious win viewers were quick to take to Twitter to share their feelings about the Coronation Extravaganza.
