Cyber Monday 2023: The best health and fitness deals from Apple, Lululemon and more
Cyber Monday is officially upon us, which means the sales event is drawing to a close and you'll have to act quickly if you want to pick up a discount.
For some brands, it means you can get up to 70% off (Yes, Gymshark we're talking about you) health and fitness must-haves, including activewear and gym trainers to fitness trackers and treadmills. Other great deals we've seen so far this weekend are over 20% off the Hydrow Rower and also deals on the new Apple Smartwatch.
Every year the Cyber Monday sales get a little mad - with brands such as Boots to John Lewis to Lookfantastic slashing prices all over the shop - so it's no surprise that we're seeing some great Cyber Monday deals on everything from gym wear and protein powders to earbuds and smartwatches.

What is Cyber Monday?
Originally a US tradition, Black Friday is an annual shopping event that takes place on the Friday after Thanksgiving and marks the beginning of the Christmas shopping period. It falls on the last Friday of November, and runs until Monday, also known as Cyber Monday, when historically bricks-and-mortar stores would end their sales, and online retailers would kick off their deals.
What should I shop in the Cyber Monday sales?
If you're on the lookout for exercise equipment such as a desk treadmill or a rowing machine then Cyber Monday is a great time to invest, as no doubt they'll have big discounts on them. Other health and fitness deals, such as air fryers and luxury bedding, can also help you get those important snoozes in and more from your diet.
Cyber Monday is also an opportunity to get started on your Christmas list, whether you're shopping for a little one, your best pal or for a treat for yourself. But be quick - as the sales will end in the next few hours.
