Bella Hadid Embraced Librarian-Core in a Striped Button-Down and Prescription Glasses
Tell a friend to tell a friend she’s back.
ICYMI, Bella Hadid is back on her street-style beat. Making up for lost time, Hollywood’s resident cool girl has re-emerged onto the scene, and in just a short amount of time, she's already demonstrated how to wear top-to-toe knits and remixed the classic jeans and a blazer combo. So, it's anything but surprising that the supermodel is doubling down on her off-duty style with yet another dazzling look in the wild.
On Thursday, Hadid stepped out in New York City in an outfit that's peek preppy. Fully committing to the sexy librarian bit, Bella sported a form-fitting gray striped dress shirt clasped with three buttons in the center, revealing her midriff and a plunging neckline. She teamed the top with a pair of black straight-leg trousers with side slits and a black leather blazer with the sleeves rolled up. Finishing off her ensemble were thick-framed prescription glasses and black square-toe boots.

As for glam, Bella styled her glossy dark brown hair in tousled waves with a millennial-inspired side part, and rounded out her beauty look with a dewy complexion, rosy cheeks, and a glossy lip.
Bella’s latest outing comes just days after she put her own spin on the supermodel uniform from the ‘90s. Channeling the style icons of that decade (Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, Cindy Crawford), Bella wore a black blazer with a suede-like finish over a two-toned blue V-neck sweate. She added straight-leg jeans and black booties on bottom, and for her signature touch of flair, a bubblegum pink silk scrunchie.
