Baywatch's Alexandra Daddario just created another iconic bikini moment in new pic 🔥🔥
Alexandra Daddario is making a splash in her recent Instagram bikini photo. While perfecting the pencil jump, Alexandra flaunts her super strong core and long legs while hopping into a pool. Now, that's an action shot!
'Emmy weekend jump!!!' the 36-year-old actress captioned the post ahead of the 2022 Primetime Emmy Awards. Alexandra is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her work in The White Lotus—and the winner will be revealed tonight.
Fans were eager to show their support: 'You’re definitely a winner!!! 😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🤩,' said one. 'Goddess 🔥🔥,' another commented. A third follower put their feelings simply: '😍😍🔥🔥🔥.' True.
When Alexandra is not working on the next best TV series or cooling off in the pool, she's giving her body time to relax and heal.
First up, Alexandra loves acupuncture. After struggling with joint pain and stiffness in her shoulder, Alexandra was introduced to the Chinese medicine practice at the age of 23. She's gone regularly ever since and said that it helps her sleep and stress levels. 'I’m obsessed,' she told Women's Health.
Alexandra also credits yoga with keeping her mind and body healthy. For the ultimate reset, she'll pair her acupuncture practice with a relaxing sweat session. 'If I do them back-to-back, it’s almost like a computer rebooting,' she said.
When it comes to her exercise routine, Alexandra also enjoys strength training. She's worked with celeb trainer Patrick Murphy since 2015.
Murphy and Alexandra focus on strengthening her back muscles for better posture, incorporating exercises such as dumbbell rows, dynamic bridges, and reverse flies. They also work on sculpting her booty (which is one of Alexandra's fitness goals) with moves such as, clamshells, Bulgarian split squats, and walking lunges.
The Why Women Kill star is adamant about her outdoor time. 'I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature,' she told WH. No wonder she's always ready for a swim.
Good luck tonight, Alexandra! I'm rooting for you.
