Ashley Park’s triple denim 'fit features the same corset Taylor Swift just wore
Anyone who has watched even five minutes of an episode of Emily in Paris will know that the fashion plays a crucial role in the Netflix series. And while every celebrity brings it on a red carpet, it's only fitting that the Emily in Paris cast is going above and beyond with their style choices when promoting the latest season. I mean, it would be practically rude not to.
Case in point: Lily Collins, Ashley Park and Philippine Leroy Beaulieu who all arrived at the Los Angeles premiere in peplum dresses. Yes, as in the controversial Y2K design feature that is back with a vengeance in 2024 and one of the hottest autumn winter fashion trends.
Though that's nothing compared to the literal fashion marathon Ashley put on while stepping out in New York yesterday [Tuesday 17 September] for a day of promotional press. In further evidence of her dedication to promoting the show in style, she wowed in no less than four (!!) outfits in 24 hours.
First up, the actress stopped by Good Morning America rocking a Versace triple denim ensemble. Pairing an oversized blazer with '70s flared jeans, Ashley added a denim bustier to the all-American look. And it turns out her corset top comes A-list-approved, as it's the very same one that Taylor Swift wore with denim shorts and over-the-knee red boots to attend the first Kansas Chiefs football game of the season two weeks ago.
Putting her own spin on the style, Ashley added a black top handle bag and silver platform heels to her look. As for her accessories, the Pandora ambassador added a selection of jewellery from the affordable jewellery fave.
Next up, it was an appearance on LIVE with Kelly and Mark where Ashley changed into another suit. This look was slightly more formal, featuring a teal tailored blazer, coordinating wide-leg trousers and a draped silk blouse. A fuzzy mini handbag added an element of fun.
For her third look of the day, Ashley made sure to up the ante and bring some drama when she stepped out in a black dress. The bodice consisted of a structured leather breastplate and extra wide waist belt that was layered over a black maxi skirt that had thigh-high leg slits up each side and revealed Ashley's over-the-knee black leather heeled boots. She toted a silver studded black leather bucket bag, switching her previous silver jewels for gold jewellery to complete the look.
Rounding out her fashion marathon, Ashley returned to another suit. Her final look of the day was certainly eye-catching thanks to a lime green satin blazer and wide leg trousers. Giving the look a Y2K twist, Ashley wore a neon green high neck top that featured a lace-up neck and a large cut-out right above the bust. Is anyone else seeing the resemblance to Hilary Duff AKA Isabella's iconic green skirt suit in The Lizzie Maguire Movie?
