Artisan Corner Co-Op hosting grand reopening

May 10—MIFFLINBURG — The Artisan Corner Co-Op in Mifflinburg will have a grand reopening event today and Saturday.

The Co-Op is located at 500 Chestnut St., Mifflinburg. Seventeen local artists and crafters along with items from The Buggy Museum occupy this historic space.

Formerly the Buffalo Valley Inn, the rooms have been transformed into a space for 100 percent handmade in Pennsylvania items. Artwork includes original paintings, glass work, stained glass, jewelry, wood decor, plants, hand cut cards, photography, soaps, candles, pet scarves, original wildlife paintings, birdhouses, lighted and painted glass, wind chimes, personal protection key chains, calligraphy, folk art and new this week, blacksmith items.

The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. There will be drawings and refreshments.

Parking is in the municipal parking lot behind the building.
