Are Thighbrows Really The New Thing?

It’s pretty tricky to keep up with all of the new body trends online – believe us, we know.

First we had the thigh gap and then the, er, completely ridiculous collarbone challenge where women were stacking coins in their collarbone to see how pronounced it was and now we’ve moved on to the arguably equally bonkers age of the thighbrow.

That’s right; the Internet has decided that all of us ladies should now be paying attention to the crease created when the thigh meets the hip. Apparently it looks like an eyebrow – hence the thighbrow.

Women are taking photos of themselves in swimsuits kneeling or lifting their legs up to create this lusted-after crease and sharing their thighbrow online for all to see.

Naturally, celebville are at it too. Khloe and Kendall had killed thighbrows in that Baywatch-esque photo that they snapped in St. Barts and Beyonce, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj are just a couple of the other big names who’ve jumped on board with the bizarre trend.

Fortunately, this is one trend that women of all shapes and sizes can get involved in – you don’t need to be super skinny (like the thigh gap faze) or Photoshop your photos to give yourself a thighbrow but it is still a social media trend that will no doubt make young girls and women feel below the par if they can’t achieve the perfect thighbrow.

We reckon it’s not something you need to worry about. If you’re really bothered about posting a thighbrow pic online and manage to capture one then that’s great, but if not then maybe get over it and do something useful with your day.
