How to apply to be a contestant on The Traitors series four
Hit TV show The Traitors has announced it will return for a fourth series, and it is looking for contestants to take part. The popular BBC show is a competition series built on strategy, suspicion and deception, filmed in the Scottish Highlands.
A team of players compete in a series of missions, and the more missions they complete successfully, the bigger the prize pot. However, hidden amongst the players are the ‘Traitors’. The Traitors meet in secret and decide who to eliminate from their fellow players known as the ‘Faithful’.
The aim for the Traitors is to stay undetected until the end, the aim for the Faithful is to banish all of the Traitors before the game ends. Throughout the series, there will be twists, turns, rigorous challenges, shocks and surprises for the players. For the latest TV and showbiz gossip sign up to our newsletter.
The Traitors came to an end in an explosive finale on Friday, January 24, and Wales now has its first ever Welsh winner in 28-year-old Leanne Quigley, a former soldier from Flintshire.
Leanne, a Faithful from day one, who pretended to be a nail technician on the show, won £47,000 in the final as she split the £94k prize pot with fellow Faithful Jake. After the Seer twist, which saw Traitor Charlotte be revealed to Frankie, Charlotte was banished leaving only Faithfuls remaining. However, distrust amongst the Faithfuls meant they voted out two of their own in Alexander and Frankie, with Leanne and Jake left as the winners.
