Anya Taylor-Joy treated New York to a quintet of stylish looks
With the autumn/winter 2025 shows now underway in New York, we can expect to see a spectacular display of style both on the catwalk and on the front row in the coming days. What we didn't quite expect to see was Anya Taylor-Joy wearing an entire week's worth of stylish looks in just 24 hours.
Kate 100 patent leather pumps
The former Bazaar cover star dipped into her arsenal of designer pieces for a packed schedule in New York yesterday promoting her upcoming film The Gorge. Her first look, arguably the most show-stopping of them all, saw Taylor-Joy stepping out in a enveloping cream shearling jacket by Alexander McQueen. She braved the biting cold, baring her legs in a beige mini skirt and paired the coat with a pair of nude Christian Louboutin heels.
Taylor-Joy then changed gears, arriving at the NBC Studios in a Celine houndstooth-checked jacket and skirt two-piece which she styled with a pair of the brand's black patent leather Clementine boots. She wore her platinum-blonde hair down with a dainty plait weaved through the front strands.
The actress embraced the Sixties for her third look of the day, wearing a grey vintage-inspired boxy jacket and matching mini skirt with a white trim and pocket details which she paired with some Sharon Tate-esque white knee-high block heel boots.
The Queen's Gambit star remained un-phased by the East Coast climate, as she slipped into another head-to-toe Celine ensemble later in the day. The look featured a flowing black cape, which she layered over a crystal-embellished halter-neck top, micro shorts, sheer tights and matching inky heels.

She finished her day in the East Village with one final flourish, opting for a chocolate brown leather cape by Loewe, with a black bubble hem skirt and cycling shorts. This time she swapped her heels for a pair of white kitten-heeled mules with gold detail, rounding off her day in slightly more comfort but with no less dedication to style.
