Amanda Holden, 53, strips completely naked in Heart FM studio as co-host calls it 'distracting'
Amanda Holden completely stripped off while presenting the breakfast show on Heart FM as she took part in a life drawing class. The Britain's Got Talent judge, 53, is certainly no stranger to showing off her impressive physique, but it's still rather unusual for her to go fully nude at work.
A video posted to the Heart FM Instagram page saw Amanda taking off her trousers to reveal her bare bottom. Her co-host, Jamie Theakston, told listeners: "What's slightly distracting, Amanda's in the corner of the studio, without any clothes on.
"Which is a first, not for her of course but certainly for most of us." He then shared that the Heart team had all been drawing Amanda.
After Amanda came over to look at Jamie's drawing, he quipped: "Amanda, can you put a top on? It's slightly distracting."
The video was captioned: "@noholdenback gets naked on Heart Breakfast" and fans flocked to the Instagram comments to to praise Amanda. One wrote: "GOOD FOR HER ... it can't be easy maintaining her physique. I'd do my weekly shop naked if i looked that good."
"If you got it flaunt it. Go girl" added another. While a third penned: "@noholdenback looks absolutely incredible - and always has been. What a beautiful figure."
Last year saw Amanda strip naked for a painting while she filmed Sex: A Bonkers History, a Sky Histories series which saw her team up with historian Dan Jones to discuss and explore how attitudes to sex and sexuality have evolved over time.
Her painting was done by artist Francesca Currie, who spent a long period of time working on it and described Amanda as a 'natural' model for the artwork. However, the final painting was a gift for Amanda's husband Chris and was for "his eyes only."
The TV star has become known for her flaunting her figure in some particularly daring outfits. And last year a source told new! that she has learned to rise above any criticism about her appearance or choice of outfits and has the full support of her husband and kids when she shows off her hard work and body confidence.
“She’s so empowered and confident, and a softie at heart,” they told us. “She feels good about herself and wants to show off her body, and she’ll stick the middle finger up to the trolls because she’s such a headstrong and empowered woman. She’ll never stop wearing raunchy outfits."
And even when she's not stripping off, Amanda's choice of clothes has sometimes proved controversial, with the telly regulator Ofcom getting hundreds of complaints from viewers objecting to some of her low-cut and figure-hugging looks.
Her fellow judges were quick to stand up for her, with Bruno Tonioli saying: “If you got it, flaunt it and you girls [Amanda and Alesha Dixon] got it. I don’t understand this complaining, what is the problem?”
