Alison Hammond debuts dramatic transformation after 'smitten' star goes public with boyfriend
As Alison Hammond's new man was revealed as Russian masseur David Putman last week, the This Morning presenter has now shocked fans once again by giving herself a make-over.
Taking to TikTok, Alison, 49, shared a clip of herself with copper hair rather than her signature dark locks, leading fans to comment on the 'stunning' look below the video. Over the clip, Alison played the song It's the Hard-Knock Life from Annie, captioning it: "Always wanted to be Annie !! Love ginger hair".
While she certainly pulled the new look off, it's not one we'll be seeing permanently on Alison anytime soon, as the presenter had used a filter on TikTok to create the style.
The short-term transformation comes after reports surfaced that the former Big Brother contestant has forged a close bond with a towering 6ft 10in Russian masseur named David Putman. David has been spotted with Alison in a cosy snap.
He is believed to be around two decades younger than Alison, and is both a aspiring model and dancer. Alison has been seen commenting on David's posts as she left a love heart eye emoji on one of his recent uploads.
Alison's new man is said to be a Brighton resident who takes pride in his Russian roots. Believed to be in his early to mid-20s, he has a large tattoo across his chest and has spent time in Rome and Paris this year. Alison's son, Aiden, is 19, making him not much younger than David.
The new romance comes after Alison was dating her 'hunky' gardener Ben Hawkins until last year, with their relationship blossoming after she employed Ben in 2021 to spruce up her Midlands estate.
Alison has occasionally opened up about her personal life, including her comfort with solitude. On an episode of Gyles Brandreth's podcast Rosebud released last year, she confessed: "I absolutely love my own company. I have no problem being on my own, in fact, I really quite like it. I think that's the reason why I struggle in some relationships because I don't want somebody around me all the time. I actually love being on my own. I'm okay with it. I've never felt lonely."
However, it seems Alison may have found more than just a friend in David. Rumours are swirling that she's "never been happier" and has found "a trusted companion" in him.
Photos believed to have been shared by Alison on Instagram show the former Big Brother star posing with David, both grinning from ear to ear. The Sun published the snaps, with a source revealing: "Alison has never been happier. She has had a turbulent love-life, but is finally confident she has found a trusted companion. They looked just like honeymooners."
