Alicia Vikander And Eddie Redmayne Make One Stylish Pair At The Danish Girl Premiere

Considering they’re starring in one of *the* most highly-anticipated films of next year, it’s not surprising that Alicia Vikander and Eddie Redmayne are receiving so much attention at the moment.
It’s partly due to their impeccable dress sense – but mainly thanks to their leading roles in “The Danish Girl”.

Vikander has been making a splash at a number of red carpet events in recent months and last night she once again hit the sartorial jackpot with a bejewelled Louis Vuitton dress.
The 27-year-old ignored the chilly London weather and showed some skin in a strapless midnight blue number. Featuring a full-length satin skirt and an embellished bodice, the made-to-measure number highlighted the actress’ slim frame and offset her lightly tanned skin.
She kept her make-up natural and her long brunette locks loose, and accessorised with only a pair of silver earrings and a statement ring.

Redmayne looked just as fashion-forward. The 33-year-old managed to pull off a tough look – a red and black tartan suit that even the likes of David Gandy would struggle with.
It helped that he had the ultimate arm candy for the night; his wife Hannah Bagshawe who chose to don a daring sheer black gown. The PR pro opted for a piece from the Valentino Resort 2016 collection, which showed featured both a see-through skirt and top.

This year has definitely been Vikander’s “break out” year – especially here in the UK. She’s nailed a number of diverse appearances (as well as starring in “The Danish Girl” she’s appeared in “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.”, “Ex Machina” and “Testament of Youth” and she’s currently shooting the new Bourne flick) and received glowing reviews for her enviable dress sense.
But despite all the fame surrounding her, she appears to be remarkably low-key and doesn’t have Twitter or Instagram. We reckon she’s definitely one to watch in 2016.
