The retro loving, Breton-tee wearing fashion afficionado always serves the perfect amount of quirkyness alongside her signature chic – the exact, unchanging agenda she took to a Tommy Hilfiger event last night at private members club House of Koko in London.

The event to celebrate the brand’s new ‘TOMMYXSHAWN’ collaboration with Shawn Mendez, boasted a star-studded guest list including Pamela Anderson, Georgia May Jagger and Jourdan Dunn.
The 39-year-old channelled a mixure of coastal grandmother with Parisian chic, wearing a grey and white pinstripe shirt with the buttons undone to give a slightly more daring neckline. She layered with a cream single breasted blazer left unbuttoned which added to the look's touch of cool. She paired with white pleated trousers and black pointed ballet flats that assisted in elevating the ensemble.
Alexa has an innate ability to make absolutely anything look sartorially exquisite. Take her NYFW wardrobe last month for example, which proved snakeskin jackets are still cool and naked dresses are as perfect for the front row as they are for meeting King Charles III (yes, you read that right).

Coastal grandmother comprises a laid back, ocean-side minimalism aesthetic. It’s not too preppy, yet boasts smart, timeless capsule pieces. Think: the affluent, retired, lady of leisure who lives by the coast and hosts candlelit dinner parties in her kitchen, that boasts patio doors that open up onto a view of the ocean. Jane Fonda in Grace and Frankie is the ultimate example.
