Alesha Dixon swears by this daily green juice recipe she calls her 'Drink of Love'
For Alesha Dixon, wellness isn’t about extremes – it’s all about balance. The singer and TV personality has carved out a wellness routine that keeps her feeling strong, energised and feeling her best – without depriving herself of life’s little pleasures.
Her proudest health habit? A daily commitment to juicing. ‘I’m really disciplined when it comes to juicing,’ she tells Women’s Health, backstage at her cover shoot. ‘Every day, I juice a whole bag of kale, I whack my ginger in there, my lime, and I look at that as my “drink of love” for the day.’
Combined with a workout and her go-to supplements, this morning juicing ritual helps to fuel both her body and mind.
But Alesha’s wellness philosophy is simple: health isn’t about restriction.
Come evening, she happily unwinds with chocolate and a glass of wine. ‘In the evening, if I want to eat my chocolate fingers with a glass of red wine, it comes with no guilt,’ she adds, proving that discipline and enjoyment really can go hand in hand.
