Aldi's newest egg chair reduced to £99.99: 'Excellent value for money'
Aldi's budget-friendly garden furniture needs no introduction. Every year the German retailer unveils new designs, ranging from chic six-seater sets to hanging egg chairs. And they have a habit of selling like hot cakes.
The £199.99 hanging egg chair is one of Aldi's bestsellers. Last year it amassed a virtual queue of 20,000 people. It also racked up thousands – yes thousands – of reviews, with one customer revealing she had spent two years trying to get hold of one.
Last month, the store released its newest egg chair creation: The Belavi Cream Cocoon Chair that looks very similar to the original egg chair, but you'll notice that it's not a hanging design but comes with four sturdy legs, which is perfect if you prefer to be still while sipping on an Aperol spritz or reading a good book.

When it initially launched it was Aldi's most affordable egg chair to date, retailing for £169.99.
However, the chair has just got even more affordable, as Aldi's huge garden sale has reduced the chic item of outdoor furniture by a whopping 41%.

It's now only £99.99 - and we think you'll have a hard time finding a cheaper alternative on the high street.
And to say it exceeds expectations would be an understatement, the five star reviews have come in thick and fast.
“Very comfortable”, “looks great” and “excellent value for money” are just some of the highlights.
Meanwhile, one shopper said "the same product in another retailer [is] over £140 more expensive and not as comfortable or nice."
Available in grey or cream, it boasts a powder coated steel frame, a wicker weaving frame, and comes complete with a cosy seat and back and arm rest cushions. 'Wrap yourself in a cocoon of comfort', as Aldi says.
