Again, Pamela Anderson proves a natural look can still be glamorous
Pamela Anderson has proven once again that it's still more than possible to look glamorous with a natural look, with her glowing red carpet look at last night's Golden Globes.
Nominated for an award for her performance in The Last Showgirl, Pamela's natural beauty shone through as she chose a black Oscar De La Renta gown and matching black opera gloves, paired with a sophisticated Pandora lab-grown diamond jewellery set. As seemed to be a theme for the evening, she was the picture of old Hollywood glamour.
But unlike her fellow nominees and guests, whose Disney princess picks required full glam teams, the Baywatch star revealed to Variety's Marc Malkin on the red carpet that she didn't have a glam team and wasn't working with a stylist, saying "It's just me." She even cut in her own fringe!
Although the Baywatch star may not have had a glam team accompanying her, she was not alone, bringing her son Brandon Thomas Lee along with her for a family affair.
It is only the second time she has attended the Golden Globes where she is nominated for her performance as Shelley, a 57-year-old Las Vegas dancer whose future is at risk after the abrupt close of her show.
She said of her nomination “It is never too late to dream, to start again, to stay open to possibilities—we are not all so lucky. I wish everyone my love and thanks while I navigate this new exciting chapter” in People magazine last month.
Though some may be hesitant to leave behind their make up bag, it is always a welcome reminder that you don't need heavy makeup routine to look incredible.
