Abercrombie & Fitch is Getting Into Bridal

Over the past couple of years, we've seen a rise in contemporary and even mass-market fashion brands entering the bridal market, from Skims to Staud to Eloquii. The latest retailer to get in on the bridal boom? Abercrombie & Fitch.
On Thursday, the currently thriving mall brand announced the launch of The A&F Wedding Shop, a collection of more than 100 wedding pieces for brides, bridesmaids and wedding guests. Styles include little black dresses, floral-patterned matching sets and reception-worthy midis.

Beyond dresses and formal attire, there are also garments fit for bridal-adjacent activities, be it a honeymoon or bachelorette party getaway: bikinis, pajamas, crochet cover-ups and suit separates, to name a few.
"Abercrombie's customers view weddings as multi-faceted experiences, which is why we designed this collection to be the outfitting solution for so many wedding-related occasions," Corey Robinson, chief product officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., said in a statement. "The A&F Wedding Shop's pieces collectively tell the story of the modern wedding experience — from bridal shower and bachelorette party to wedding day prep, ceremony, reception, brunch and even the honeymoon. It has it all."
