72-year-old Debbie Harry puts on a very daring display at LFW

Vin and Omi are known for pushing boundaries and breaking rules, therefore, who better to model their latest collection than punk icon Debbie Harry?

The 72-year-old Blondie singer showed no signs of slowing down as she took to the Vin & Omi catwalk on Monday evening donning a silk lime green dress. The ruched garment was also rather revealing, featuring a high slit, showing off Debbie’s slender legs.

Her make-up was kept minimal, with the exception of a statement gold circle and muted red lip. A look most would find hard to pull off, however, it seemed to only accentuate Debbie’s age-defying complexion.

Although Debbie is known for being confident and outspoken, the rock star has recently spoken out about her insecurities, telling The Sunday Times Magazine, “There was a time when I had to take down all the mirrors… I felt like I was looking at myself too much. The world made such a big deal of how I looked.”

Well, from this recent display we’d say Debbie has managed to find her self-confidence again, and thank goodness she did because she rocked that catwalk.
