Ask anyone what they were most excited for this past New York Fashion Week and they’d tell you: the guest list.
The city’s kick-off to fashion month is always star-studded, but this year, more celebrities than usual were expected to be in the front row, due to the writer’s strike opening up Hollywood’s typically packed schedule. That forecast proved correct: At any show, you could hear someone audibly gasping at the sight of Sarah Jessica Parker, Ice Spice, Blake Lively, Pamela Anderson, Janet Jackson—the list truly goes on and on and on. And you didn't even have to be inside a show to feel the excitement. Nearly every show had a a crowd outside of screaming fans hoping to catch a glimpse of their favorites.
