7 tips to transform your garden shed into a bird haven
As the days grow longer and nature begins to stir, our garden sheds can play a pivotal role in supporting and protecting local birds.

Install a water feature
A steady source of fresh water will help hydrate birds in your garden. Place one near your shed, or even hang one from it, to encourage them to stay in your garden and make return visits.

Camouflage your shed
To encourage more birds to your shed, make sure it blends in with the surroundings. “Avoid painting your shed or outbuilding any bright colours that will make it stand out. Sticking to earthy tones is the best option,” advises an expert at Garden Buildings Direct.
