Former President Joe Biden was photographed during Donald Trump’s inauguration wearing a blue Rolex Datejust in a 41 mm stainless steel case with a smooth bezel and a Jubilee bracelet. Here are some fun facts about this model: At the time of its launch in 1945, the DateJust was the first self-winding, water-resistant chronometer wristwatch to display the date in a window at 3 o’clock. You could feel his excitement as he showed the camera his new Chanel Boy.Friend, a one-of-a-kind piece that he successfully bid on (via phone) at the Phillips New York Watch Auction. O’Leary placed the winning bid of $222,250 (the estimate was $70,000 to $140,000) with all proceeds (including the buyer’s premium) going to benefit the TimeForArt charity that supports contemporary art and artists.

Actor John Magaro was in Paris this week, attending the screening of his latest film September 5 at the UGC Danton movie theater. The film tells the true story of the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany, when a terrorist organization held a group of Israeli athletes hostage.
