Developer Dov Barnett is listing his Soho condo for $6.35 million. A founding partner at Tavros Capital, Barnett helped develop the building — One Vandam, at 180 Sixth Ave. — where he’s now selling his 2,261-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath, eighth-floor unit.

Past and present celeb residents of the 14-story building include Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid and model Sofia Richie Grainge, as Gimme previously reported (long before she moved into her new $26.9 million LA manse with music exec Elliot Grainge last year).

Barnett’s home opens with an entry gallery, leading to a great room with floorto- ceiling windows. Sliding glass doors access a 140-square-foot terrace. There’s also an open chef’s kitchen with a wine fridge.

A main bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and a spa-like bath with radiant-heat marble floors. The listing broker is Sophie P. Ravet of Brown Harris Stevens.
