5ive's Scott Robinson undergoes hair transplant as he shares results saying it will ‘change his life’
Star of boyband 5ive, Scott Robinson, has undergone a hair transplant claiming it will change his life for the better. Scott first revealed he was undergoing the procedure seven weeks ago saying it was something he wanted to do for a long time as his hair was “receding at the front” which he added made him feel “self-conscious”.
Over the following weeks, Scott was giving day by day updates on his hair regrowth. In the final clip, he showed off his hairline and captioned it: “I couldn’t be happier with the results thank you so much too @britishhairclinic I'm not even joking when I say that this will actually change my life”.
In his very first video that Scott posted in August, he confessed: “So I’m 44-years-old, I’m 45 in November, and I’ve been sort of receding and I’ve been blagging it, covering it a little bit. And this is the bit I hate because, I’m going to document it, but look, I cover it, but I am receding quite a lot. It’s been getting me down, so I’m doing something about it”.

In Scott’s most updated clip, he said: “I’m very happy. Very happy Scott is here now with, as you can see, a hairline. Now this will fall out, so I’ve got a few weeks of looking like this, I’m going to have a haircut a bit later, only the side. As you can see the hairline is a little bit red, but obviously, it’s brand new hair, and still a little bit sore. But I don’t feel anything other than joy, can’t believe it, so, so happy, can you tell?”.
Fans took to the comments to praise Scott for his bravery in opening up about his hair transplant journey. One said: “I am sure that the result will be wonderful, you are a great guy and a strong personality that decided to do this, and you can show it and tell people about it to give them benefit. I'm proud of you and happy for you. Everything will be fine. We're with you, Scott. We love you”.
Another added: “Ahh mate ya didn’t need it, hope you're happy with the results though”. Going back to the days of 5ive, another said: “Can we have the spikes back” followed by some smiley emojis.
Katie Price's ex-husband, Kieran Hayler commented: “literally changed me as a person having this done… making men more comfortable and confident”.
