Being angry could be killing you slowly
New studies show that chronic anger could cause deadly health problems.
According to researchers at Iowa State University, men who are persistently angry had a 150 per cent chance of being found dead 35 years later.

Other researchers have found that angry people don't sleep well, can suffer heart and lung disease, as well as killing off the good bacteria in their gut.
