The property has a lovely coastal-style feel with fresh white panelled walls and ceilings, and greyed wooden flooring.
The boat is listed with Bective Leslie Marsh and, as well has a reception room, dining area, two beds and two bathrooms, and kitchen, there's also a private garden a separate shed - for your deck chair and BBQ perhaps?
The listing reads: "A wonderful opportunity to let this exceptionally spacious two bedroom house boat in the heart of Little Venice.
"The house boat has been recently refurbished to an exacting standard and benefits from two bedrooms, two bathrooms , dressing area and a private garden.
"Ideally located in the heart of Little Venice this is an ideal opportunity to have a piece of the country in the heart of London."
It might not quite be Branson's Necker Island in the Caribbean or his Makepeace Island in Queensland, but looks good to us.
