Ferrari 458 Speciale pitched against 488 GTB on track

When Ferrari replaced the 458 Italia, it lost the naturally-aspirated V8 in favour of a twin-turbocharged unit for the 488.

The positives are obvious – power was increased massively for the new car, which has an output of 660bhp. On the downside, the glorious sound of the old engine has been lost.
