A new redevelopment might just be the answer to every Harry Potter fan's dreams.

A former public school in London that was park of the Harry Potter set in the first three films has undergone major remodelling, and is now being sold as luxury townhouses.

Before it was moved to a studio set, Royal Connaught Park's dining hall (formerly The Royal Masonic School for Boys) was used as the set of the 'Great Hall'.

The development's website states: "No two dwellings at Royal Connaught Park are alike, from one bedroom duplex flats with private roof terraces, to four bedroom luxury apartments; each new home has been individually designed with unstinting attention to craftsmanship."

The original buildings were designed by Victorian architects and the foundation stone was laid by the Duke of Connaught, Queen Victoria's son.

The building remained as The Royal Masonic School for Boys until 1977. It's over 1400 square feet and is available for use by the residents of the gated community.

Unfortunately for the franchises' biggest fans there aren't any floating candles, owls delivering packages or sumptuous feasts though!

The room on its own is pretty impressive however, and the tower that was used as Dumbledore's office in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is still standing.

You can own your very own piece of Hogwarts for between £327,086 and £2.5 million.
