What 20 celebrities would look like with 90s brows
Skinny eyebrows ruled the 90s, but for some reason pencil-thin brows have not enjoyed the same comeback as tracksuits, platform flip-flops, and boy bands from the same era. Until a Hadid or a Jenner decides to over pluck like it's 1996, full brows will probably continue to reign over runways and red carpets.
