Kiernan Shipka, better known as Mad Men’s Sally Draper, might not be old enough to watch an episode of the hit TV series she stars in, but that hasn’t stopped her from becoming one of Hollywood’s youngest fashion connoisseurs.

In the interview with Grazia magazine, Kiernan said: “I'm not allowed to watch the show, apart from my own scenes.

“I'll start watching it when I'm older. I'll have a lot of DVD marathons.”

Following in the footsteps of Elle Fanning and Chloe Moretz, Kiernan is the latest young actress to have a high fashion makeover.

Styled in a white Versace dress and Christian Louboutin shoes Kiernan said: “I am a huge fashion fan. It's a really cool way to express yourself.”

The young starlet has fast proved she has an eye for style as she helps to pick out her outfits for the show and when attending events.

“I'm always excited to get to set and see what I'm wearing,” she told Grazia.

Her vast wardrobe of kidswear by Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren, Stella McCartney and Chanel has been well documented. Last year the emerging actress made her fashion blogosphere debut for Lucky.com, where she revealed eight days of her personal style.

Kiernan’s current style status is, “preppy, but with an edge”.

The 12-year-old’s red carpet outfits have gradually evolved from completely adorable to uber chic. Kiernan has appeared in the spotlight wearing a Miu Miu block-colour dress, a floral printed Oscar de la Renta number and an asymmetric Carven mini dress just to name a few.

Now it's only a matter of time before this blossoming style star becomes the new face of Marc Jacobs or Miu Miu.
