Home superstore Dunelm is now selling precut scallop wooden boards – and the opportunities for how to use them are endless.
Taking to their Instagram to launch the new product, Dunelm wrote: "Three easy ways to make waves using – wait for it – pre-cut scallop borders? And from £12?! Well, we are The Home of Seizing the DIY after all."
Alongside the caption, Dunelm shared a video of the scallop borders being used in a series of brilliant DIY hacks, including as a radiator shelf, as cute detail around string shelves and a desk and as a decoration on skirting boards.
The scallop-shaped boards have a self-adhesive back, meaning they couldn't be easier to stick to your walls and furniture. You can paint the boards or leave them with the wooden effect, depending on the style of your home. The boards come in two sizes – large and small.
The length of both size boards is the same, with the height and number of scallops on each board varying. And with both priced at just £12, either will make the perfect addition to your next home craft project!
