102-Year-Old Eagles Superfan Shares Life Longevity Tips Ahead of Super Bowl

Eloise Brown has been rooting for the team since she was 11, which is when the franchise was founded in 1933

A centenarian Philadelphia Eagles fan is crediting the three f’s — faith, family and football — for her long and healthy life.

Eloise Brown, 102, has been a near-lifelong fan of the NFL team, since the franchise was established in 1933 when she was 11 years old, according to Today.com.

“I’m happy when they win, and when they don't win, I'm sad,” Brown said in an interview with the morning show, predicting that her team will come out on top over the Kansas City Chiefs on Super Bowl Sunday: “But they're going to win.”

And when she’s not cheering on her namesake wide receiver A.J. Brown (no relation), as well as stars Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts, the Philadelphia native shared that she has four tips for reaching a ripe old age.

Drinking water, staying active, having strong values and staying positive are all key parts of Brown’s long game. "I like to drink water, I like to walk and I like to laugh," she said.

Weather permitting, Brown takes walks around her neighborhood for 30 minutes a day. She also points to her faith as a significant source of strength. "You want to blame everybody responsible for what's going on, but then look at themselves and say, ‘Wait a minute. Am I treating this person right?’ ” Brown said about her guiding principles.

Earlier this season, Brown and her family went to the Eagles-Cowboys game, where she was gifted a No. 102 jersey by team president Don Smolenski. She also met Eagles coach Nick Sirianni and a number of players.

As for her game plan when cheering on the team from home? “I'm not in charge of anything, but usually, I'll close my eyes, say a little something, and oop, they win,” Brown said.

And her watch parties sound like the place to be. "We all sit around, laugh and go up and down when they score," Brown said. "Then we eat chips and have a good time."
