With the nation resorting to home hair dye methods to keep their looks in check during lockdown, we've been avidly following social media, as usually impeccably groomed celebrities have been sharing their home beauty hacks.

First we had Holly Willoughby demonstrating how she's been keeping on top of her overgrown roots by bleaching them at home using a simple box dye, then Alexa Chung and Claudia Winkleman both successfully trimmed their own fringes, with the help of celebrity hairdresser George Northwood, via Zoom. Next, the £10 shampoo and conditioner combo Victoria Beckham uses to keep her coloured hair in tip top shape between appointments.

Anyone who follows the makeup line founder and beauty guru on Instagram will know she's a huge fan of high street beauty bargains, as well as indulging in a £200 face cream from time to time.

She's long been an advocate of Weleda's £7 Skin Food, which can be used as a mask, primer, moisturiser and cuticle cream, and was spotted using a £10 nail polish from budget brand Peacci backstage at her AW20 London fashion Week show earlier this year.

And just last year, she advocated Josh Wood's Colour Radiating Shampoo and Conditioner combo, retailing at £10 each from Boots, for keeping her colour-treated hair in check - a recommendation that will undoubtedly prove invaluable to many at the moment, while they wait for salons to reopen later this year.

Revealing that she loves the fine brunette range from the celebrity stylist's affordable range, Beckham shared the products on her stories, captioning the pic: 'Sulfate free ladies!! With UV filters.'

Another beauty bargain product VB is likely using during her lockdown beauty routine are the Bioderma Sensibio H20 wipes, which is currently priced at £5.40. Telling Into The Gloss back in 2018, that 'the only face wipes that actually take off all my makeup are the Bioderma ones.' Claiming 'they really get everything off.'

If it's good enough for Victoria Beckham, it's good enough for us!
