In a study published in the journal Menopause, women who stretched for 10 minutes before bed, five times a week had reduced symptoms of menopause compared to those who did no yoga at all. Yoga didn’t solve hot flushes, but it did improve the womens’ sleep quality, reduced aches and pains, and boosted their mood.
