    Science says eating yellow foods makes you happier

    Yellow food is food of the gods, from macaroni cheese to pancakes or eggs - and now that the days have got colder and darker, we’re getting ready to stuff our faces with it more. According to research by The Happy Egg Company, eating yellow foods releases high levels of happy hormones as we associate bright colours with happiness. Macaroni cheese came next in popularity, followed by bananas and pancakes, and over two thirds of us want to see more yellow food in our fridge.
