Average Brit has tried at least three different diets this year
Research commissioned by Zizzi found that the most common diet we’ve tried is vegetarianism (31%), followed by going gluten free (13%) while 10% of us have tried veganism while dining out. The survey of 2,000 British adults found that younger people were particularly keen on veganism, with 34% of those aged 16 to 34 having experimented with the lifestyle. 40% from this age group had also tried a low-sugar diet.
