Zoë Kravitz removing some of her tattoos

Zoë Kravitz has revealed her plans to remove some of her tattoos.

While speaking to GQ for a new interview, The Batman star said she planned on removing a few pieces in her extensive body art collection because she doesn't feel like she needs them anymore.

"Just things I'm like, 'I don't need this on my body,'" she said of her decision to laser off some pieces, including a fading star tattoo on her middle finger that she got when she was 18 years old.

The 33-year-old actress told InStyle last year that she doesn't "even know" how many tattoos she has.

"I hardly see them anymore because I am so used to them," she said at the time. "I have gotten a few removed, but I plan on getting more tattoos."

In her new interview with GQ, the Big Little Lies star also rejected the "cool" label that's often attached to her and admitted she always felt like she had to live up to the description.

“The older I get, the more I realise that the person that they’re talking about isn’t me. It’s an idea, and I’m a separate being," she stated.
