Zendaya treated herself to yellow diamond ring
Zendaya recently splurged on a yellow diamond ring.
In a chat for the October 2021 issue of British Vogue, the interviewer spotted a shiny new piece of jewellery, featuring a large five to six carat gemstone, on the star's finger.
Accordingly, Zendaya shared that she had purchased the ring as a present for herself.
"This is my splurge, my treat-myself. I do get a little employee discount," she laughed, referring to her gig as a brand ambassador for Bulgari. "It feels like it's gonna be an heirloom, like one day I can give it to my grandchildren."
Zendaya went on to insist that she is very careful about the clothing and jewellery items that she buys, and is even building an archive of her designer outfits in collaboration with her longtime stylist Law Roach.
"I want to reuse my clothes. I want to be able to wear that dress again when I'm 40 and be like, 'This old thing?' Really finding good vintage pieces that I want to invest my money in," the 25-year-old continued, noting that she isn't one for shopping sprees in general. "My mother's a saver, and so I try to keep that in mind. Then my dad's like, 'You know, you can't spend it when you're dead,' kind of thing. I'm somewhere in-between."
