Yahoo UK speaks to royal commentator Victoria Arbiter
CNN's royal commentator Victoria Arbiter speaks to Yahoo UK's 'The Royal Box,' about her experiences living at Kensington Palace during her teenage years, while her father Dickie Arbiter was the Queen's press secretary.
