Russian model Vita Sidorkina made her SI Swimsuit debut in 2017, when she was photographed by Ben Watts on the breathtaking beaches of Curaçao. She traveled to Nevis with Josie Clough the following year and returned to the magazine again in 2020 to be captured by Ruven Afanador in a fun, flirty and Western-inspired feature in Saratoga, Wyo.
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show alumna moved to Manhattan at the age of 17 to pursue a full-time career in modeling and has since starred in major campaigns for Rebecca Minkoff, Tory Burch and Hermès.
“Ahhhhhh...Finally! I can reveal the secret! I’m beyond excited to be back on a pages of Sport Illustrated Swimsuit 2018!❤️ As a Russian girl who came to NYC 6 years ago with a small suitcase and big dreams-I couldn’t imagine how far it will all go. I want to thank all @si_swimsuit team for working so hard on putting it all together and make this dream happened for a girls just like me,” she gushed in an Instagram post after her sophomore shoot with the magazine. “A special BIG thank you to [editor in chief] @mj_day for embracing women’s beauty and been the best supporter.”
The 29-year-old, who got married to Valerio Morabito in July 2017, welcomed her first baby girl, Allegra, with the Italian film producer in November of the following year. She is currently pregnant with her second child.
