The ceremony, which went down in NYC last night [12 September], had everything from killer red carpet appearances to major PDA. The likes of Justin Bieber and Olivia Rodrigo picked up a number of awards on the night, with Travis winning 'Best Hip-Hop Video' for 'Franchise.'
In his speech, Travis said, "I love y'all New York. I first want to thank God, my mum. Stormi, all of the amazing fans out there. I love y'all so much, we couldn't do it without y'all. To my label, Cactus Jack, Epic Records, I love y'all so much."
The 30-year-old continued, "Before I go, I just want to tell you all: love is the biggest thing that we can ever hold. Spread love and everything will be OK. Everybody to your right, to your left, to your friends... I love y'all so much."
Fans were loving Stormi's shout out in Travis's speech, but others were questioning why Kylie - who is pregnant with their second child - didn't get a mention.
"The way Travis thanked Stormi but didn’t say a word about Kylie..." one person wrote, while another said, "Not Travis Scott thanking Stormi and not Kylie."
Someone else put, "It’s the fact Travis didn’t mention Kylie..." and "Did Travis Scott just snub Kylie Jenner??!?!??!?! #VMAs [sic]"
Thankfully, Kylie didn't seem to mind; the 24-year-old took to Instagram Stories to show her support for Travis from home.
Soon there'll be another baby to shout out, too!
