Why you should attempt New Year's fitness resolutions for at least two months

Many of us set New Year's resolutions every year, but not all of us stick to them. According to a YouGov survey, more than 2/3 of Brits ditch their New Year's resolutions within a month. If you have set yourself a fitness goal for this year, make sure to give yourself at least two or three months because that's how long it takes before you start to see noticeable progress.
