Remote guests during the pandemic have included Arlene Phillips, Ben Shephard and Denise Van Outen and Eddie Boxshall.
The show focuses around three questions put to guests by Kate Thornton.
Thornton said: "We are doing three shows in London's West End in the autumn, I can't believe it!
"We've got some incredible guests lined up for you."
The first show will see Strictly's Craig Revel Horwood join Thornton live on stage - his appearance on the podcast led to a double episode being released. He will take part in the live show at the Leicester Square Theatre on Saturday 18 September.
Having joined Thornton for a Christmas special episode, the cast of Grange Hill will once more be reunited for the second live show, on Saturday 9 October.
Todd Carty, Lee MacDonald and Alison Valentine will tell all about what went on behind those famous classroom doors and reveal what they’ve been doing since the hit show.
