Where does Jack Nicholson live now? The Shining star's off-grid life away from the cameras revealed

Jack Nicholson, 85, hasn't been pictured since October 2021 until Thursday when he emerged from the balcony of his private home, in photos captured by the Daily Mail.

The actor lives an off-grid life despite living in the middle of Beverly Hills, in the Mullholland Drive compound.

Jack acquired the property from the late actor Marlon Brando back for $5million in a deal which completed in 2005. The impressive estate spans 3,303 square feet and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a pool.

As Jack doesn't have social media, and he has not invited cameras into his private abode, little is known about what the space looks like inside.

The viral photos reveal that it is a clad property with large patio doors that open up onto the balcony.

The gated property is where the star spends most of his time, and the last time he was photographed out and about was in October 2021 when he watched an LA Lakers game with his son Ray. The actor used to be a season ticket holder but as he hasn't been seen there since, so it appears he has relinquished his pass.

Beverly Hills is well known for housing an array of Hollywood names, and it's usually frequented by stars who are happy to be in the limelight.

Many other A-listers like to seek a life away from the press, and actor Woody Harrelson has even relocated to Maui in Hawaii to be away from Hollywood life. Tennessee is also a popular off-grid location for stars, including the likes of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill and Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman.
